Hi, I'm Tracy Hess.
As a physical therapist and health coach, I thought I knew what healthy living meant—until my obsession with food, weight, and labels spiraled out of control.
Binge eating, guilt, and constant self-judgment took over. My turning point came with intuitive eating, which helped me unlearn toxic diet culture and rebuild trust in my body.
