Hi, I'm Tracy Hess.

BACKGROUND


Early in my career, I was a physical therapist and a certified health and life coach. As I learned more about healthy nutrition, my own relationship with food took a downward spiral.


I began to feel completely out of control with food. It began with obsessing about food labels and ingredient lists. Then I began weighing myself several times a day. Binge eating had been part of my story, but during this time, it intensified and began to happen more frequently.


The self-imposed judgment and guilt were overwhelming.

MY WAKE-UP CALL

When I was introduced to intuitive eating, I was shocked to realize how imbalanced my relationship with food had become. The turning point was that we—my clients and myself—were being led down an impossible path with the current diet culture.


It was clear I had to change everything I thought I knew about health and eating.
