The Complete Wellness Program is a customized, deep dive into intuitive eating.


This 6-month program explores the ten principles of intuitive eating, just as with group coaching, as well as:


  • 90 days of weekly meetings
  • 90 days of bi-monthly meetings
  • customized look at how to identify your body's cues and how to respond appropriately to them


This program is designed to address your unique needs and goals. While the experience and path are different for every participant, the results are similar for everyone:
