True to the Core is a small, supportive group that helps you step out of food rules and back into body trust —

without guilt, pressure, or perfection.

In True to the Core, you’ll learn alongside others who “get it.” We focus on practical skills that fit real life—so you can stop obsessing over food and start living with more ease.

 

In this group, you will:

 

  • Reconnect with hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues.

  • Reduce food guilt and all-or-nothing thinking.

  • Build coping tools for stress and emotions (without using food as the only option).

  • Explore movement that feels good—not punishing.

  • Strengthen body respect and self-compassion.

 

With years of experience healing my own relationship with food and personalized support within our group meetings, I'll guide you through building healthy, mindful eating habits and to go from feeling trapped to experiencing peace and freedom with food. 

SWITCH your mindset from:

I constantly think about food. → I love food, but I don't obsess about what I'm eating.

 

I don't think I will ever feel good in my body.  →  I'm not perfect, but I appreciate and trust my body.

 

I feel guilty or ashamed after I eat.  → When I have a bad day, I cope with my emotions with kindness. 

 

I eat because I am depressed or anxious. → When I have a bad day, my first thought isn't to eat my favorite junk food.

 

Sometimes I binge eat when things feel out of control.  → For the most part, I eat when my body tells me I'm hungry.

WHAT TO EXPECT

True to the Core is an ongoing monthly membership for continuous support and flexibility, including:

 

Structure: Ongoing monthly membership.
Meetings: 2nd & 4th Tuesday at 3:00 PM ET (live on Zoom).
Community: Private WhatsApp group for check-ins, questions, and encouragement between sessions.

 

Each session blends guided discussion, gentle reflection, and practical tools you can use immediately.

 

No weigh-ins. No rules. Just compassionate, evidence-informed support.

 

  • Explore the ten principles of intuitive eating

  • Identify body cues and how to respond appropriately

  • Examine your current relationship with food

  • Reshape how you think and enjoy food

  • Learn to let go of judgment, shame, and guilt

  • Discover an appreciation for your body and renewed self-image
